Is it me, or does daylight savings totally mess up your sleep schedule? Should I go to bed an hour earlier or wake up an hour later in order to catch up on my sleep? Either way, I still feel like I haven’t slept enough and the condition of my skin shows proof.

Getting those eight hours of sleep is essential in preventing wrinkles and dark under eye circles. But there are also a ton of amazing skin care products that you can use at night if you’re not much of a sleeping beauty.
